Thanksgiving Feast Volunteer Lottery

The Thanksgiving Feast allows students, teachers, and staff to unite for a school-wide performance and traditional Thanksgiving lunch. This year’s Feast will take place on Friday, November 17, 2023, and we are so excited to celebrate this annual tradition again!
Many parents like to volunteer for the Feast, but this event has limited volunteer opportunities. Unfortunately, since we cannot accommodate everyone, all interested parents will be entered into a volunteer lottery. You must be a paid PTO member and have completed the Volunteer Code of Conduct to enter the lottery, so please ensure you are a member before applying.
As a volunteer, you are committing to volunteer on the following dates and times:
| Mandatory volunteer meeting and feast set up | Thursday, November 16, 2023 | 5:30 - 9:00 pm |
| Feast lunch and tear down/clean up | Friday, November 17, 2023 | 10:00 am - 3:00 pm |
Volunteers must be able to attend both days; no children will be allowed on campus during set up, and no siblings will be allowed on campus on the day of the Thanksgiving Feast.
**Only approved volunteers will be permitted onto the A.D. Henderson & FAU High School campus during the Feast on Friday, November 17.**
