2023-2024 Middle School Elective Request Forms Due Friday, April 21

Each year, families are asked to complete a middle school elective request form for students entering grades 6 through 8 in the upcoming school year. These middle school request forms are available digitally through the links below and your parent FOCUS portal. Additionally, a printed copy will be sent home with your student on Monday, April 17. Please review, complete, and return the signed forms to either your 5th-grade homeroom teacher, or middle school history teacher Ms. Justin, or Ms. Pillitteri by Friday, April 21, 2023.

• Entering Eighth Grade

Please discuss the course offerings with your child and help them choose and rank the electives that best suit their interests. Follow all directions on the appropriate form for your child and return it to the appropriate teacher by Friday, April 21.

Due to scheduling conflicts, not all students will be placed in their top choice for each semester. Please review our afterschool clubs and organizations as we continue to explore and add organized programs to help our students explore their interests.
