New LunchTime Portal Directions

Due to changes in the LunchTime suite of software at A.D. Henderson & Florida Atlantic University High School, parents /guardians may need to re-add their student(s) to their School Payment Portal account for the 2025-26 school year. Below is a guide to setting up and updating your students’ account(s).

Please visit https://www.schoolpaymentportal.com

Returning Students (or parents with existing School Payment Portal accounts):

  1. Enter your login credentials and click “Sign In”
  2. Once you are logged in, click the “Add Student” button. You must re-add your student for the 2025-26 school year.
  3. Enter the School's Zip Code, 33431, in the field for zip code, then click “Continue”
  4. Click on the blue “Select” to the left of “Florida Atlantic University”
  5. Enter the required information for the student that you wish to add to your account, then click “Continue.” Please use the student's ID number, not the student’s Z number.
  6. Verify the information and click on the blue “Add Student” to the left of the student's name
  7. You will be returned to the Student Access page.  Follow the above steps for each student you wish to add to the account

For New Students (or parents logging into School Payment Portal for the first time):

  1. The first time that you visit the website, you will be directed to click the green button marked “CREATE ACCOUNT.”  Once you have established an account, you will need to use the Parent Login from the main site to access your account.
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, email address, and a password.  Then click the “Create Account” button located in the lower right corner.
  3. You will see confirmation that your account has been created successfully.  Next, click the “Login Page” button in the lower right corner, then enter your login credentials and click “Sign In”
  4. Once you are logged in, click the “Add Student” button.
  5. Enter the School's Zip Code, 33431, in the field for zip code, then click “Continue”
  6. Click on the blue “Select” to the left of “Florida Atlantic University”
  7. Enter the required information for the student that you wish to add to your account, then click “Continue.” Please use the student's ID number, not the student’s Z number.
  8. Verify the information and click on the blue “Add Student” to the left of the student's name
  9. You will be returned to the Student Access page.  Follow the above steps for each student you wish to add to the account

Please remember – the School Payment Portal is only used to view lunch transactions and balances.

To pay lunch balances or add funds to your students’ account(s), please pay through the FAU Marketplace:

Payments made via the FAU Marketplace will be reflected on the School Payment Portal by 4:00pm the next school day.

Any questions or concerns with a student’s account should be directed to ADHUSFees@adhus.fau.edu. Please include the student's first and last name in your email.
