TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
Using the Chrome Remote Desktop extension, our technology team provides support to teachers, faculty/staff, and students by remotely accessing school-based devices to resolve platform, program, connectivity, and/or device issues. Tech support also includes tutorials and resources for troubleshooting using personal devices.
SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS |
As a one-to-one device school, students are well-versed in technology platforms and programs that enhance learning. Teachers will continue to use technology to communicate and guide instruction, while supporting students with clear instructions and expectations. Virtual support meetings will take place weekly, students may contact teachers directly with all technology needs, and our tech team is standing by to offer remote desktop support.
