If you choose to pay for the year of before care or aftercare in full, the discounted price will apply. Please note that the $25 non-refundable registration fee will be charged regardless of paying monthly or in full for the year. If you are paying for the full payment, it is due by July 15, 2026.
Before School Program- $475 (full pay) or $380 (Based on USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines)
After School Program- $2,250 (full pay) or $1,900 (Based on USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines)
*Registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds of monthly aftercare charges must be requested via email and will be entitled to a seventy-five percent (75%) refund within 5 days of making the payment. If a request for a refund is made after the 5-day period, a refund will not be permitted. If the student has been in attendance that month, a refund will not be permitted. Refunds of partial months will not be permitted.
We close promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please call the HESP office at 561.297.3952 if you will be late picking up your child/children. A late fee will be charged to those parents whose child/children are not picked up by 6:00 p.m. The late fee is in place to compensate staff members for their time. If you know you will be late, please aempt to make alternate pick-up arrangements.
