9TH GRADE ORIENTATION UPDATE

Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is orientation week, and we can't wait to welcome our newest Owls to FAU High School! Originally, our plan was to present to parents and students in our brand-new beautiful cafeteria, and then send students off to their half-day orientation. However, due to several supply chain issues, unfortunately we cannot occupy the cafeteria at this time. We are still able to hold orientation for students in the high school building. But we will need to move our parent meeting to an evening Zoom meeting because we have important information to share before school begins. I promise we will make it up to parents with an on-campus event soon!
The Student Only Orientation is August 11th and 12th from 8:00am - 12: 00pm by alphabet below (this is a change from the original 12:30pm end time).
- August 11th: Last name A – K
- August 12th: Last name L - Z
You will be dropping off your 9th grader at 8:00am and picking up at 12:00pm in the drive-thru circle of the "old" building. This is the same location you visited for the HS building tour you attended in May. You can find A.D. Henderson & FAU High School Campus, Building 26 on this map. Please arrive as close as possible to 8:00am. You will see us outside waving you through the circle for drop-off.
Parents, your Zoom Meet and Greet meeting will be held on Thursday, August 11th, at 6:00pm.
