25-26 Elementary SPEC & Middle School Elective Request Forms Due Friday, April 18

Each year, Parents and guardians are asked to complete a SPEC elective request form for students entering Grades 1-5 in the upcoming school year. SPEC request forms are available in three ways and must be returned by Friday, April 18, 2025.

  1. Hard copies of the form will be sent home on Friday, April 11, 2025. Please check your student’s backpacks for a hard copy of the form.
  2. Forms can be downloaded from the links below.
  3. Forms can be downloaded from your Focus portal page.

Please discuss the course offerings with your students and help them choose and rank electives that best suit their interests. Please rank the selections exactly as the directions are described in the packet. By ranking your selections, this will allow the Focus scheduling program to best choose your students’ elective choices based on availability. Each grade will have a grade level specific form. Please make sure you complete the correct grade level form for each of your students. Once you have completed the correct form, please sign, and date it and have your child return the completed form back to school.

Students entering grades 1-6 should return these forms to their homeroom teacher, while students entering seventh and eighth grade should return their forms to Ms. Justin or Ms. Pillitterri by Friday, April 18, 2025.
