26-27 Elementary SPEC & Middle School Elective Request Forms Due Friday, April 17

Each year, Parents and guardians are asked to complete a SPEC elective request form for students entering 1st through 5th grade, or a Middle School Elective Request form for students entering 6th through 8th grade, for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. SPEC and Middle School Elective Request forms are available in three ways and must be returned by Friday, April 17, 2026.

1. For K-5th grade, hard copies of the form will be sent home on Friday, April 10, 2026. Please check your student’s backpacks for a hard copy of the form.
2. For 6th-8th grade students who would like a hard copy, they can pick one up from Mr. Carr or Mr. Putman.

4. Forms can be downloaded from your Focus portal page.

Please discuss the course offerings with your students and help them choose and rank electives that best suit their interests. Please rank the selections exactly as described in the packet. Ranking your selections will allow the Focus scheduling program to choose your students’ elective choices most effectively based on availability.

Each grade has a grade-level-specific form; please ensure you complete the correct grade-level form for each student. Once you have completed the correct form, please sign and date it, and have your child return it to their homeroom teacher. Students entering 7th and 8th grade must return their forms to Mr. Carr or Mr. Putman.

Forms are due by Friday, April 17, 2026.
